Whether this is traditional for gaining strength, hypertrophy training or even functional training I have all the tools to help you to reach those goals!


Boxing
Come and try your hand at some boxing! Its a fun way of getting cardio in, especially if you hate those treadmills! I'm currently studying Hatton boxing level 2, and am then moving onto the level 3 to ensure you always get the best and most up to date training!
Have you just set your sights on completing a hyrox or even halfway through training and hit a wall? well if you need some professional Coaching I have a foundation level hyrox qualification along side plenty of knowledge to help you get in there and smash it!

If personal training isn't the one for you, its not all i offer with these services they will be tailored to help you achieve your goals!
Bespoke Programme Design
With the bespoke programme you will get 2-3 hours with me out on the gym floor where we will go over all of the exercises for all of the days you want to train where I can help to find your weights to ensure that the programme has everything you can need!


Tailored Nutrition Guide
With a tailored nutrition guide I will have a look at what you eat over the period of a week and give you a document with every tool tip and trick you will need to help you achieve your dieting goals.


Induction +
with an induction plus you get an hour a week for 5 weeks where every week for the first 4 we go over a main section of the gym showing you all the ins and outs along with the tips and tricks. Bringing it all together for the last session where we will go around the gym and sit down to help you to create your own programme so you know how what and where to train at the right times.
